1-On-1 Coaching: How It Works
Maybe you don’t know where to start. Maybe you used to be in great shape and you want to get back there. Maybe you are bored with your current routine. Maybe, more than anything else, you need the guidance and accountability that comes with 1-On-1 Coaching. We can certainly help.

Meet Your Coach
During your voice or video call your coach will get to know you, your goals, training experience, and lifestyle habits, and determine an optimal training format and schedule.

Physical Assessment
You’ll perform various movements and tests to identify your current skill level and establish your baseline level of strength and endurance. As your training progresses, you and your coach will revisit your assessments, monitor your progress, and ensure that you are constantly moving forward.

Start Training
Using the information from your initial consultation and physical assessment your coach will build out your custom program. At the end of each training session, you will update your training stats, review historic performance, and leave comments and feedback about your training. Your coach will use this data to guide your monthly consultations.

Check-Ins
With regular feedback on workouts and access to direct message your coach, you’ll have all the feedback and communication you need to stay on track with your targets. Monthly consultations allow you and your coach to dive into your progress, assessing lifestyle, nutrition, and training factors and how things can be optimized.

1-On-1 Personal Training
1-On-1 Personal training strength and conditioning program, tailored We write the program.
Subscription based custom written program based on your experience and goals. Every session includes warm up, strength training and conditioning and cool down. Also includes weekly check-ins and Monthly consultations.
Base price is $100/session but discounts available with monthly payment.
2x/week = $720/month.
3x/week = $1020/month.
4x/week = $1280/month.

Remote Coaching
We write the program, you train at your gym.
Subscription based custom written program based on your experience and goals. We review your workout feedback weekly. Weekly check-ins and Monthly consultations.
Remote Coaching is the perfect solution for those that want the guidance and accountability of a personal trainer, but also great schedule flexibility…all at a FRACTION of the cost of a full face-to-face personal training (which can reach upwards of $1200/month).
Remote coaching = $300/month.

Hybrid Coaching
A combination of 1-On-1 Personal Training and Remote Coaching. We meet face to face 1-2x/week and the rest of your workouts you do on your own.
Subscription based custom written program based on your experience and goals. We review your workout feedback weekly. Weekly check-ins and Monthly consultations.
Hybrid coaching is very popular as it gives you some time face to face with your coach, you do the rest of your workouts on your own, and you save some money in this combo.
1x/week 1-On-1* = $630/month.
2x/week 1-On-1* = $935/month.
*Your other workouts are done on your own.

1-On-1 Consultation
Technique assessment, program review, fine-tuning skills. On occasion you just need a what you are doing and how you are doing. In our 1-On-1 consultation we can help you with whatever you are struggling with or have questions about regarding your program, movements, weakness, etc.
1-On-1 Consultation = $125/hour
Stand Alone Programs
We understand that not everyone needs the guidance and accountability of a 1-on-1 Coach. But, maybe you want to try something different or you’re just tired of trying to figure out effective programming for yourself. We have a wide variety of programs that you can purchase and access and train on your own.
Just to name a few: Beginner Fundamentals, Strength and Conditioning, Strength only, Powerlifting Comp Prep, 3 Days per Week, 4 Days per Week, 8 week templates, 12 week templates.
